The Xovoltib 30mg tablet can be taken on an empty stomach, however, aim to take it always at the regular time to achieve the most benefits. Your dosage will be decided by your doctor only. If you take it seriously, as your doctor has suggested, it will help. It can trigger unpleasant side effects by taking it in an incorrect way or using large amounts. It can require you to notice or experience the effects for several weeks or months, so do not quit taking them until the doctor advises you to.

Diarrhoea, acne, dry skin problems, and nausea are the most common side effects of this drug. Diarrhoea will rarely be serious, so take a medication or keep hydrated and treat it as instructed by the physician. Any blood tests may be recommended by the doctor if you’re on this drug. It will even cause the skin sensitive to the sun, so if you need to stay in the sunshine, use sunscreen and wear safe clothes. If you experience discomfort or redness, or dry eyes, let your doctor know.

Contact the doctor before using it if you have trouble breathing, liver or kidney complications, or if you are consuming some pills to cure infections. Several other drugs can influence or be hampered by this drug, so let all your medications be known to your health professionals. This drug is not recommended to pregnant women or during breast – feeding.  The use of successful contraceptives by females during counselling is important to prevent pregnancy.
